Kelly Koehler joined the pharmaceutical injury team at Nemeroff Law Firm in 2017. In 2012, Kelly graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Classics with a concentration in the Latin language. In 2015, Kelly graduated from Baylor Law School, where she received the Dean’s Academic Excellence Scholarship for her undergraduate efforts and academic success. During her time at Baylor Law, she achieved the Dean’s Academic Honor List.

As a law student, Kelly worked for two years as a research assistant for her Contracts and Federal Courts professor. During her summers, Kelly gained valuable experience by working at the Texas Attorney General’s Child Support office in Waco, Texas, and by working with Scott & White Hospital’s legal department in Temple, Texas. Kelly continued to garner practical experience while working for a local law firm during her third year.

Prior to joining Nemeroff Law Firm, Kelly worked as an associate at two firms where she gained valuable experience in commercial litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense. Kelly is now excited to work alongside Ellen Presby and the rest of the pharmaceutical injury team to zealously represent those harmed by defective and harmful products.

Kelly was born in Temple, Texas and now lives in Dallas, Texas. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys working out at her favorite barre studio and caring for her rambunctious puppy and 17-year-old rescue cat.
