Carla comes from a typical, hardworking, blue-collar family. Her biggest inspiration–her parents–are in their 70’s and continue to work every day, operating a mom and pop tire store in Pittsburgh, PA. As a lawyer, she wanted to advance the rights of hard working folks just like her parents. When Carla first began working with asbestos-harmed individuals as a law clerk in 1989, she recognized and appreciated the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the injured and their families. More than 20 years later, she continues to represent the injured, and is honored to do so. Each client is as important to Carla as her very first client was when she began as a lawyer in 1993, and she continues to take every case personally.
