Barrett Naman

Barrett has successfully helped countless individuals seek justice through personal injury claims and lawsuits. As an active member of numerous legal organizations as well as the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and its Asbestos Litigation Group, Barrett is both professionally and personally invested in his clients.Barrett dedicates his practice to working for victims of injustice and fighting corporate entities that value profits over the health and safety of people. His belief in the Seventh Amendment and the principle that all victims deserve the best and most focused representation drives him to aggressively fight for his clients.

As a trial lawyer, Barrett has achieved substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients in jurisdictions throughout the country. These successes have been recognized by other lawyers and organizations. Barrett has repeatedly been named as a “Rising Star” and a “Super Lawyer” in the Super Lawyers edition of Texas Monthly, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of Texas attorneys. Attorneys and prior opponents in the court room routinely refer new cases to Barrett and he is frequently asked to assist with their cases as trial counsel.

Born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, Barrett graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and received his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law where he was awarded the CALI Award for Legal Research and Writing and earned the highest grade in his section.

With more than two decades of practice to his name, Barrett is licensed to practice in the states of Louisiana, Texas, Utah, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has additionally tried cases in other jurisdictions around the country.

Barrett currently lives in Houston with his wife, daughter, and son.
