Nemeroff Law Firm
Gabriel is a proud member of the pharmaceutical injury team at the Nemeroff Law Firm. He was drawn to the field of pharmaceutical law because it allows him to engage in complex, science-driven litigation, while advocating for those wrongfully injured by large corporations that put profits first. He views himself as a consumer watchdog. When pharmaceutical corporations forget the duty they owe to their patients, Gabriel steps in ready to combat their greed.
Gabriel distinguished himself at a young age as both a student and writer. In high school, he was recognized as a National Hispanic Merit Scholar and earned the “Student-Athlete Award” on his football team, given to the player who most excelled in both athletics and academics. He earned various college scholarships to attend Texas A&M University where he engaged in the study of philosophy, his unique brand of pre-law. Gabriel also became a contributing author for a student newspaper, publishing everything from short stories, political commentary, to works of poetry. One of Gabriel’s proudest accomplishments is co-authoring a novel with his father that details his family’s journey from Cuba to America following the events of the Cuban Revolution.
While attending SMU Dedman School of Law, Gabriel volunteered with a number of public agencies including the United States Attorney’s Office and Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. He also participated in campus activities such as mock trial and the Honor Counsel, which investigated allegations of cheating. His favorite law school experience was studying abroad in Oxford, England, where he took classes on comparative law and learned of the rich history of the United Kingdom’s legal system from which ours is in large-part based.
After finally finishing school and completing all of the requirements needed to practice law, Gabriel is eager to advocate for those wronged by corporate greed. Gabriel is thrilled to work alongside Ellen Presby and the rest of the pharmaceutical injury team at the Nemeroff Law Firm.
