If you have been injured by another person in an accident or because of someone else’s negligence, your life has been torn apart – and you need an aggressive attorney who will work hard to defend you.
Rick Nemeroff has the trial skills and experience to get results. That’s why other attorneys refer their clients to Rick – they know that in the courtroom and at the negotiating table, he is the one to call when the stakes are high.
If you or a loved one has been seriously injured, here’s what you need to know:
- First and foremost, make sure you receive proper medical care for your injuries. Keep all receipts, instructions, and any other paperwork.
- Do not try to be a hero and “tough out” the pain. You might make your injuries worse, doing further damage and complicating your injury.
- Document every expense that must be incurred because of your injury. This includes all medical care, repairs to a vehicle or home, services that you can no longer perform because of the injury (home and yard maintenance, shopping, child care, etc.)
- Contact a qualified attorney promptly. There are time limits which vary depending on what state you live in. An attorney will also know if there are other things you need to do to protect yourself (for example, take pictures of your injury, etc.)
Rick Nemeroff has successfully helped people just like you.
